Mia Beach Villa’s palatial proportions include high vaulted wood-paneled beamed ceilings. The property is roofed in cedar shingle, and all rooms feature slide-away glass walls that open onto verandas on the pool deck. The lofty ceilings are painted white, adding brightness and a clean modern feel to all 6 bedrooms. Despite the grandeur and scale of the property, Mia Beach Villa maintains a comfortable and relaxed ambiance. The property flows with coherent design and the layout is convenient and accessible for guests of all ages. Entered through an imposing oversized pivoting door, Mia Beach Villa is designed around a fabulous 23-meter lap pool in the centre of the property, which all rooms open onto. The opulent swimming pool is tiled in Balinese greenstone, and continues another 5 meters beyond its initial length, encircling a huge sunken lounge sala, and continuing to a shallow children’s paddling pool at the far end. The sunken sala is shaded by a pergola and has sumptuous built-in sofas arranged around a coffee table.

At the beachfront, on either side of the swimming pool are large verandas with further al-fresco lounge areas and an outdoor dining table. Beyond the pool and veranda, lounges are a flat grass lawn, furnished with loungers and parasols, and planted with coconut palms. In the middle of the beach, a large Buddha head smiles benevolently at the villa. On either side of the beach are oversize double daybeds for chill-out lounging.

The open-plan living room is spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. A comfortable lounge area includes a long sofa, lounger, and rocking chair arranged around a coffee table and a big LCD TV. A heavy timber dining table seats 10 in style in the middle of the room, and a luxury-fitted kitchen occupies the rear of the room. The designer kitchen is fully equipped, with Smeg appliances, including a built-in espresso machine. Off the main kitchen is an outdoor staff kitchen and BBQ, allowing for unobtrusive catering. The living room continues out onto the veranda, with an additional lounge and dining set.

Mid-way along with the pool, between the opposing pairs of adjacent rear bedrooms and the front section of the villa, are two alcoves that house a large platform Jacuzzi tub on one side, and a platform on the other side. Hidden away for privacy, these alcove retreats offer stimulation, relaxation, and a shaded respite. At the rear, on either side of the pool are gardens and lotus ponds in alcoves and concealed staff quarters.

The stunning master bedroom suite features a 4-poster bed, sofa, desk, and large LCD TV system, and has an immense en-suite bathroom with a palatial terrazzo bathtub and outdoor rain shower. Facing the beach and sea beyond, the master bedroom suite has sliding glass walls on 3 sides and opens onto a large veranda furnished with an outdoor lounge.

All 6 bedrooms are furnished with King-size platform beds with feather pillows, built-in wardrobes with personal safes, concealed double air-conditioning, huge mirrors, mini-bars, robes, and slippers, LCD TV. Each of the en-suite bathrooms includes twin sinks and a walk-in rain shower. All of the lavish bedrooms have sea views, direct pool access, and are stylishly finished with individual decorative accents. On either side of the pool are pairs of interconnecting bedrooms. These 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with private gardens featuring large sunken terrazzo bathtubs or outdoor rain-showers. The 6th bedroom is located at the back of the property overlooking the pool and central area of the villa.
