The latest edition to Thai-Real.com’s list of services is the Thai-Real.com Investment Club, a Thai property fund with a personal touch.
Here, we invite investors to join together as a group behind our management, to take advantage of off-market properties, that don’t make their way to the general public. We are often contacted by Clients that need to move land or property quickly, or at a much lower value than they are worth.
Any Clients interested to join our Investment Club, must have access to available funds, as speed is the key with these opportunities.
Our focus will mainly be based in Koh Samui, however we will consider all areas of Thailand.
Types of Potential Investment – (But not limited to)
1. Under market value properties, that can be refurbished, resold or offered as a holiday villa rental
2. Under market value land, that can be improved and resold, subdivided or developed
3. Under market value hotels, that can be refurbished and sold or re-branded and operated.
4. Engage in joint ventures with local land owners to develop residential projects.
